This seems to be a family that has lived near Isbell for a long time. I do not know this family, but based on a brief census search, I believe Horace G, is the son of James M. and Virginia Hamilton; and a grandson of Samuel and Matilda Hamilton. I take it that he is the "Harris" five years old in the 1880 Census. Hamilton 40 AL Virginia Hamilton 35 AL (Her father b.: Ireland) Theonly Hamilton 13 William Hamilton 11 Samuel Hamilton 9 Fanny Hamilton 7 Harris Hamilton 5 I believe this is your Horace G. hamilton Aggie Hamilton 3 Bogy Hamilton 2 These are adjacent households 1900 Census Frabklin Co Al beat 10 Isbell Margerette E Hamilton 60 Eliza A Hamilton 62 Martha A Hamilton 57 (This would be "aunt" Agnes} Age Horace G Hamilton 26 Dona W Hamilton 18 Brad J Hamilton 7/12 These are adjacent households In 1910, Margarette may have died, but Eliza A and Martha A are still living next to Horace G., Dora and family. In 1830, Agnes (Martha A, based on age)is still living next to Horace G and Dora. This certainly isn't "proof' but should make a pretty good working hypothesis.
