I am new to the Hamilton list serve and hope to find someone researching my ancestor, George Hamilton, born about 1800 in Virginia and died about 1842 in Edgar County, Illinois. His son, Thomas Hamilton, born 1822 in Indiana, had two families: 1st marriage to Lovancha Randall; 2nd marriage to Jane Slocum. Any help appreciated.
