They were married in Amite on December 10, 1818, and so were my g-g-g-grandparents, John Bailey and Clarissa Lucinda Joiner. Also, the names John and Elizabeth McCullen appear on a marriage record of James Bailey and Isabella McCullen in 1815, in nearby St. Tammany, Louisiana.
