Hamilton who lived in Hardin County, Tennessee in the 1860s. He was born in 1846 in South Carolina and died in 1917. He married Martha Elizabeth “Lizzie” Roberts 1868. She was born in 1848. I know nothing of his mother and father and his brother. They had four sons: Oscar Eugene, Samual Aughtry, Ira Lucis, and Henry Quit. And five daughters: Emma Retta, Lula Addassa, Beckie Anner, Hattie Jewel and Bertrass Grace. The family traveled from Tennessee to Arkansas in 1882 in covered wagons. J. S.
