In the 1850 Marshall County, Mississippi Census, Southern division there is a Joseph G. Smith enumerated, age 56, his wife age 52 both born in SC. Also enumerated in his household is Elener Hamilton, age 82 born in VA. Does anyone know who this Elener Hamilton is, and where she fits in the Hamilton Family.
