In fact, I didn't even know he was Irish till a short time ago when sks did an obit lookup for me in Florida and reported back he was from County Down. A big surprise to me as my G.Aunt is Scot and led the typical "stay within 5 miles of the house" existance before that. Perhaps someone will recognize this man now that I have his birth and death dates out there. By all accounts they had a happy marrige but unfortunately she had to divorce and give up children in the process or getting there and I don't believe the family at the time was too understanding. I'm afraid, I don't have much to offer other than that. You chose a good subject line that I thought I would add to.
