He came to this country before the beginning of the Revolutionary War and served in Captain Peter Grant's Company, Col. Garyson's Regiment of the Virginia Line. I have quite a bit of information on Henry's line and would like to make contact with descendants of the other three brothers. My maternal grandmother, Emily Valletta Hamilton, was born in Indiana in 1854. Her father was, reportedly, born in Ohio. His name was James Hamilton.
