Hamilton born 15 May 1850 in Indiana, know nothing about his family. My dad never talked about his family. I also have a James Smith in my family born about 1830 in US. according to census records. My mother (Smith) was in the Guardians home in Indianapolis, Marion Co. Indiana from 1898 to 1910 when she marrried my dad (Hamilton). I have both names and I have been told they were Pennsylvania Dutch and Scotch Irish. I am visually impaired and don't see too well. Terry tcr[email protected]
