Hamilton) whose father was born in England. On her marriage license ,19 Apr 1843, Union Co., NC, to William Carelock, it shows William S. Hamilton at the top of the license and at the bottom it shows William J. Hamilton. Does anyone have any information on William S or J. Hamilton born in England? I have no other info.
