Born in Stirlingshire, Scotland in 1824, came to the States in 1852 settling first in the Bronx, New York then moving until the 1870s to Hartford, CT. Ultimately, he wound up retiring in Dalton, MA where he died around 1908. His first wife was Waity Talbot and she died in 1872 He had five children with Waity,...
