They immigrated from Ireland around 1850 to Lucknow, Bruce County, Ontario. Then they moved on to Chilliwack, British Columbia Canada. Some of them stayed in Ontario.Their names were William Hamilton Sr., his brother Isaac Hamilton, their sister, Elizabeth Hamilton (married to Robert Thompson). Their was a family of 8 brothers and 2 sisters that came over from Ireland. I do not know the remainder of the families names.
