I have a Margaret Hamilton, who married James Abbott, about 1827. They lived in thre Kingston (Frontenac/Lennox and Addington county) areas; and had nine children. My mother's mother was an Abbott. Children: James Abbott(c.1828); Robert Abbott(c.1832); married Marion Alma Reid.10 June1863; Kingston, Ontario, Frontenac County: 8 children Margaret Abbott(c.1834); Hannah Abbott(c.1835); John Abbott(c.1836); William Abbott(c.1838); Alex Abbott(20Nov1840); Archibald Elisha Abbott(20Nov1840); George Abbott(c.1841). I am descended through Robert Abbott. Would love to know if you have any link to Margaret Hamilton; or knowledge of her family prior to marriage. Thanks. Brian
