HAMILTON, Ellison , his wife Agnes and some children were in 1840 census in York Dist. SC. Need wife's Agnes maiden name and date of marriage. By 1850 they were in Anderson County, SC. By the Civil War he was living as was his son James Alexander Hamilton in Hall County, GA. Right in the middle of the Civil War. I cannot find a record. Has anyone see either one of them?
