Wilma I think I wrote you before about James Hamilton of McMinn Tn. Do you know anything about him. I can't find him there at all. Sally Hamilton

Some information I have on the James Hamilton (born 1757 Orange Co Va) of McMinn Co Tenn that died in 1844: He was living with his son Wyatt Hamilton at the time. Both had moved to McMinn Co. Tn. between 1833 and 1835. James appears to have resided in Lee county before the move while Wyatt lived in Scott county (Virginia). Wyatt Hamilton married Martha Kilgore on April 27,1827 in Scott Co Va. They appear in 1840 census of McMinn Co but not in 1850. I am interested in contacting anyone with information of Wyatt's moves after 1844 and any of his descendents.
