It's my understanding that if you're currently subscribed to individual items (i.e. census images) you may continue getting only those that you want and do not have to sign up for the complete package - at least for now. I received a call from Ancestry about the new packages but I opted to keep what I have. I don't know how long that will last and possibly the individual pricing will increase so that the total package becomes the better option. Right now not all my items come due at the same time and that is helpful to the old budget. S.B. Mason
But it is changing, unless they receive a lot of negative feedback. You can keep what you have but when you go renew you will not be able to renew individual ones like the US Census. This happened to me about 1 week ago. Candace ----- Original Message ----- From: "S. B. I too was contacted re the 'new package' and I had just renewed some of my Accounts and even discovered that I had been double-billed for the magazine; I had had numerous accounts because I twernt attentive enough to make sure Which account to be billed - to make it short: Ancestry has me under one Acct only and they are crediting me with the whole new package at no cost! So I guess everyone is different, but I am please with efforts Ancestry took To solve my perturbness.
