But my Hamilton ancestor's start with Phoebe Hamilton born in Bradford County PA she married David Ross. Her Father was James Hamilton of Sootland and her Mother was Susanna Newman of New Jersey (she is of English decident) Then James parent's are John Hamilton Mother ???? (Do not know Mother's name) James waa Birth: ABT 1695 Death: 1729 in Penns Neck,, New Jersey. Then his Father was Alexander Hamilton I do not know when he was born or died, but his parent's were as follow's. John Hamilton born b: 1604 in Grange, Scotland and his Mother was Elizabeth Crawfurd. And John Hamilton parent's were John Hamilton He was appointed Justice of the Peace of Cuninghame on 189 Sep 1634 According to Hamilton history there was another daughter who married a John Crawfurd and is mentioned in her father's will as an aide to the executors He died February 1662 in Grange, Scotland And his parents were Alexander Hamilton b: 1540 in Grange, Scotland. His Mother was Agnes Of Loch Craufurd b: 1545 in Lochnorris,, Scotland. The family tree goes on and on, but if we are related do you know how we are related to the Famous Alexander Hamilton.
