He was born in Alabama and married in Wise county, TX to Margret Eliza Matthews b. 1860 in Ark in about 1875. At some point they moved to Oklahoma where he remained until he died. I am having trouble searching for his family back to Alabama. Supposedly he had brothers named Bob, and Jim and he had a sister named Babe. The Bob on the 1880 census says both of his parents were born in TN while William claims both were born in Alabama. Any help would be appreciated.
