My great grandfather was William Hamilton who married Elizabeth Cox. William died and she then maried his brother James(Mose) Hamilton. They had several children with William and some with James. William and Elizabeth were on the 1900 Knox County Kentucky census. Their daughter was my grandmother her name was Effie Hamilton. Does anyone know of this Hamilton family and where they originally may have came from? Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks Effie

I want to mention about 1964-65 there was a Coats family living on south Garrison St. in Carthage, Mo. My grandmother, Allie Florence Hamilton, Green lived about six blocks from Garrison.
