Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/xFh.2ACEB/4211.1 Message Board Post: John–– Just posted you a message regard Mary & Richard Ingle. I find Nathaniel, my g-grandfather, in the 1880 US Census (age 79) in the household of George Hamilton (I don't have my records before me right now––but I seem to remember George was listed as 69 or 59 years of age). I can't fit this George into my family yet. I'm with you, I yet don't know where Nathaniel or Harriette Jane are buried. Last time I was in Sullivan, Ind., there was still a Catlin Motor Co. on the Courthouse square. There has to be a lot of the Catlin family around there––suggest you check there. As to Nathaniel's visit to Missouri, my grandfather, Samuel, would have been one of the sons. The other two were, John Q. at Summersville, MO., and James. So far, I've been unable to find any trace of James in MO. Dale

Nathaniel was born in KY in 1801. The family came from Breckinridge County, KY to Sullivan County, Ind in 1814. Although I have found no marriage record, it's almost a sure bet that she married Richard in Sullivan County. The Sullivan County Courthouse burned, I think, sometime in the 1850's. Richard & Mary had six children––all born in Ind: Joseph B: 1822 Samuel B: 1829 Mary B: 1839 William B: 1841 Jesse B: 1842 George W. B: 1845 You can find this family in the 1850 Census.
