    3. Dear Faith,         Thanks so much for getting back with me. I realized last night when I was about to go to sleep that I had failed to give the one important thing that might help find any information on my grandmother: where Agnes was born. Here's what we know: She (Agnes) was born in Revere, Mass. When, we do not know. I asked my mother and she said that since she was just a little girl, somehow, she never got her Mother's birthday. I have contacted my Aunt, but she has not responded. I don't remember if I told you or not, but she was married to my grandfather, Herbert Tilley. My Aunt's birthday is in December. My Mom says that she thinks that Agnes died either in December, 1937, or a few days later, in Janury1938. What I did, is go down to the library, here, and get the address of Vital statistics, in/near Revere, (Boston) and I am going to send them a check, on Monday. (They charge for every 10 years search.) Hopefully, a birth certificate will hold the key! It should have HER parent's name, right? My grandfather was born in 1905, so I am going to suggest that they search within the 10 year span of 1900 -1910. I wish I knew who her parents were. Then I could begin searching backwards to put the family tree together. This is what I know, that Mom shared with me: When Agnes died, her mother, which Mom says was named "Annie" went to California to live with Agnes' brother Henry. Agnes has another brother, Charles. Also a sister whose name is May(sp?) Mae(sp?) Maye(sp?) So there is a Henry Hallman, and a Charles Hallman who are her brothers. I do not know if they are still alive or not. My mother will be 70 in August. If my grandfather were still alive, he would be 94 years old, so doubtfully any of them are still alive, either, unless they were much younger. If she was the same age as my grandfather, then she would have been around 32 years old when she passed way. Thanks so much, and I hope this helps. When I get more info, I will pass it along to you. Meanwhile, if you come up with anything, please let me know. Have a great day... Linda
