In the widow's renunciation (filed 29 Feb 1856) she does not request a son, son-in-law, or in fact anyone in particular to take administration. The settlement indicates that a George S. Hallman, was the administrator. William Foxe and Michael Hallman waere sworn 18th Feb to do the appaisal. Interestingly, the registrar was an Isaac Schneider. The account of the estate dated July 17th shows disbursements including the following Hallmans: Michael, George S, Isaac, and Susanna. There is no mention of property, but that may not be a conclusive statement as there were other papers I did not order. Edie
