Several worms are circulating the Internet by attaching themselves to address books & then sending messages to everyone on these lists. These will sometimes appear to be from someone you know. Your safest method to avoid these is to delete all messages with attachments ending in .exe without opening. Then go to your trash bin & empty it too. You can read about it in the URL below.
