I vote yah for getting acquainted celebration. I'm very new @ researching family history on computers, so lots of times I know what to research but working with the system gives me trouble. I'm getting there slowly! Im from Tx. borned and raised. Married 14 yrs. w/2 boys 11 & 16. I'm a Real Estate Agent. All of my family is from Arkansas. Did'nt know much about them. Made trips to cemeteries & enjoyed all the info. Thats what got me started. Lately seems I've run into a brick wall. My g-fathers mothers name was Mallye Elizabeth Hallman, her father- LeeRoy Coatsworth Hallman born Oct. 1855, his father was John Hallman who was married to Harriet Linhardt, buried in Lincoln, N.C. LeeRoy married his cousin Barbara Georgiana Hallman and her parents were Jacob Hallman born 1/16/1819 and Margeret Elizabeth Summerow. Jacobs father was Issac Hallman,he married Mary Anthony on 7/13/1811. Still searching for John's bloodline. Just another cousin-Tonja
