    2. The reason that I ask about the photo is that my grandmothers house caught fire and my father had to carry her out. It is my understanding that she had serious leg problems later in life and that if dad had not been there she would have been burned. The house was totally destroyed as was everything in it. My cousin Eldrick was a wonderful, wonderful person and I only wished that I could have gotten to know him better. I had left the area for quite a few years and then when I returned I looked him up. He was strong and handsome right up to the last year or so of his life. Mary

    3. Yes, we are related. Can you send me information on your grandfather Patrick Halligan. I haven't spoken to the Tacy family in a long time. When my mother was living (she died in 1980) she did visit her aunt, Eldrick'mother and they lived in Vermont at that time. Somewhere I have a list of the Halligan's that were born and raised in Canada (St. Malachie).
