I am looking for information about Mary Ann Halligan who married John Cocking of Blankney, Lincolnshire, England in St. Andrews Church of Scotland in Madras, India 19 Sep 1825. She may have been the daughter of or related to James Halligan who died in India in 1828. He was listed as a private in the 45 Regiment foot in 1825, which is the same regiment as John Cocking.
