I have a HALLIGAN that married a KIEL. Census records say Elizabeth Ann HALLIGAN was born 1843 in WV, she married Carl Wilhelm KIEL abt. 1868, where is Unknown. Their children were all born in St. Louis. Death record reads father Wm. HALLIGAN & mother Mary KAVANAUGH. Does any of this ring a bell? I have found no HALLIGAN relatives of Elizabeth Ann.
