I don't believe I would be able to identify any of the photos, but I do have a St. Louis HALLIGAN in my line. My 2nd great grandparents were Carl William & Elizabeth Ann "Ellie" (nee HALLIGAN) KIEL. They married somewhere, abt. 1869. I know not where & I don't know where they are in 1870 census. But their son, my great grandfather was born 1869 MO. I think they just missed them on the 1870 St. Louis census. I find them from 1880 on, in St. Louis. Ellie was born Jan. 1843 either VA or WV according to census records. Her parents were born in Ireland. I am hoping there is a connection to your HALLIGAN, since they were in the same St. Louis area.
