He lost touch with his Liverpool family and siblings many years ago when he moved the Southampton on the South Coast. He is desperate to locate any of his brothers and sisters still living. His father was one William Patrick Halligan who was born in Ireland i (I believe the West Coast. His wife name was Mary Ellen nee Maguire) I think she was his second wife. I understand his first wife died. They lived in Elizabeth Street, Liverpool. Any info you have on their ancestry would be appreciated.
