    3. Good Morning Pat. It sounds as though you are full of HALLIGAN information. I would like to ask if you know of my HALLIGAN ancestors. Elizabeth Ann HALLIGAN b.Jan 1843 VA or WV. dau. of Wm. & Mary (KAVANAUGH) HALLIGAN. The first I find Elizabeth is with her husband Charles Wm. KIEL & children on the 1880 St. Louis census with children born 1869-1879. So I figure they were married abt. 1868. I have seen where there were HALLIGAN's in IA & wondered if my Elizabeth family was from there. Where would I find this HALLIGAN genealogy by Sr. Patrice? I could try to interlibrary loan & if not possible, if it is in IA, I could travel to see it. Thanks for any help you might be able to help with.
