April 13, 1918- March 10, 2004 Henry was the spouse of Marion Halligan, deceased. Born in Boston Mass., lived in La Jolla for 48 years. Mr. Halligan is survived by his children, Patricia Powers of Milwaukee, Wis., Joseph W. Halligan of Villa Park Calif., Elaine Santos of Vacaville, Calif., and Jean Buchanan of Riverside, Calif. Mr. Halligan had 8 grandchildren. Catholic interment will be at El Camino Memorial Park and Mortuary on Tuesday, March 16 at 12 noon.
