Hi All, We are looking for the family of the David W. Hall who married Sarah N. Hicks in Rockbridge Co., VA on 31 Jan 1833 by Allen D. Metcalf, Presbyterian minister. According to the marriage Sarah is the daughter of Joseph Hicks, deceased, and Polly Campden Hicks Childress of Rockbridge Co., VA. I am related to the sister of Joseph Hicks and we are attempting to trace his descendents. We know nothing about any other children of Joseph and Polly [Campden] Hicks [married 27 Aug 1812 in Rockbridge Co., VA by D. Blair]. Polly's father is Benjamin Campden.
