The spelling of Reddick's name is a problem for the census taker. I wonder if Jane Hall is Reddick's 2nd wife. Riddick/Reddick Hall's family in 1850 Coweta census: Reddick Hall - 45 b. NC Jane - 36(?) b. NC Evaline - 21 b. NC Louisa - 19 b. NC Nancy 17 b. GA Andrew - 15 b. GA William - 13 b. GA -- idiot In the 1860 Coweta census, other children are noted, although these may be the same ones: Lidia - 26 b. GA Jackson - 22 b. GA William - 20 b. GA I think they are careless with ages of children Is anyone researching this Hall family? Riddick's mother was Edea/Edy Delk. There were Delks in Coweta at this time. Other sons of James Hall were James & John Hall, said to be deceased in 1848, but I don't believe that.
