Hello everyone, Today I was sent an e-mail from a list member, accusing me of being unfair and negligible, which I don't feel is true, and I wanted to let you all know that I am not going to back down and give up this list just because some people may not like decisions that I have made concerning certain members who were causing problems on the list. I want to tell all of you to please remember that list managers are real, living, people with families and lives other than our lists that we manage for Rootsweb. I manage a number of lists, and I never have any complaints about my management of them and I love doing it and I try to help all I can. I have my own genealogy website on Rootsweb Freepages that has a huge number of documents and photos and information on it. I appreciate Rootsweb so much, and they have done so much to help with genealogy research. Without Rootsweb, we would all be unable to do all the research online that we can do. It is free, easily navigated, and has so many wonderful resources. I try to handle all problems with my lists quickly and I try to be fair. I just want you to remember that like all the rest of you, some days we list managers may have family problems we are dealing with, we may not feel well, or we may be busy with our own research or websites. So please remember that and try to put yourself in the place of the list managers, and maybe you will be more understanding and patient. Thank you.
