On the 1840 census, there are 2 daughters between 5 and 15. Malona (Hall) WILSON is one of the daughters. She was appointed Rutha Susana SMITH's guardian. I am trying to find the name of the other daughter, possibly Nancy SMITH, spouse of John SMITH. I believe this daughter would be Rutha's mother.
