I didn't see it as 1 or 2 people but as MANY people interested in the DNA discussion. I belong to many lists and I see a lot of DNA discussion, I have seen many brickwalls broken down thanks to these discussions. Since the MODERATOR has suggested unsubscribing, after exhibiting an extraordinary amount of narrow-mindedness, I shall follow that suggestion and take myself and my research elsewhere. Not having been a major contributor to the list, it's highly unlikely that I'll be missed, but I felt this had to be said, so I have said it.... Happy hunting to the rest of you, and may those of you who are so dead set against progress and change eventually learn that change is necessary, and adaptability one of man's greatest assets. If you cannot accept change you will be stuck in the old rut... as the saying goes: "If you just keep doing what you've been doing, you'll just keep getting what you've been getting!" -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of [email protected] Sent: Sunday, July 22, 2007 6:49 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [HALL] Flaming I would suggest that if you are not happy with the list, then maybe you should unsubscribe. One or 2 people cannot rule a list, and I will not stand for any more flaming. I had explained why I changed my mind about letting DNA being discussed. I would also suggest that before you hit the send button, please re-read what you have written to make sure that it is not flaming.
Jim, I guess you're about 3 days behind in reading your mail... From: Subject: [HALL] Thank You Date: Tue, 24 Jul 2007 14:02:03 EDT Thank you so much to everyone who has voted on the discussion of DNA. The results were a huge number for the discussion and not many against it. So I am closing the voting now. DNA can be freely discussed here!
