Parents (John Herbert and Annie) immigrated from England in about 1880. Albert may have married a Sylvia Gilfoy and had 5 children: sons, Albert and Robert Franklin; and daughters, Myrtyl, Bessey, and Betty. Albert worked as a coal miner for at least a period.
