I'm not related but do lookups on this and other boards. I'd suggest that whenever you post a query, you try to include more info to establish a timeline. I assumed that since Andrew and Ethel were your grandparents and that in your other post you mention your father had already died, that Andrew and Ethel were born early in this century. Also I Googled "Clintwood County Virginia" without the quotes to learn that they were in Dickinson county. Then I checked the 1920 census to see two Ethel Rose's there. On the 1930 census I found Ethel and Andrew together. 1930 census Willis district, Dickinson County, VA Hall, Andrew, 24, 1st m age 23, VA VA VA, farmer Ethel, 25, 1st m age 24, VA VA VA John, son, 10, VA VA VA Darius, son, 6, VA VA VA Curtis, son, 2, VA VA VA Rethel, dau, ?mo, VA VA VA (I wonder if these were childen of one of their siblings, as they hadn't been married long enough, nor were they old enough to have a 10 year old son.)
