Then paged back one page and found Elisha Hall. Elisha had 1 male under 5, 1 male 5-10, and 2 males 10-15, and one male 30-40, then 1 female under 5, 2 females 5-10, 1 female 15-20 and one female 20-30. This could match up to your 1850 Hall census, with some of the females married off, or died. There also was a Rauls neighbor in both census. You might check to see if Elisha Hall had any probate records in Robertson County, or if any of his children or his wife Mary sold any of his land. I'm not related.
