James Earl Hall born in Richmond, Virginia 1907 he married my grandmother Naomi Peaco in 1927. I was at the Virginia Library and tracked down his parents Page Hall and Alice Donley or Douley. I am trying to find the children of his second marriage to Pearl Crowder. There were a set of twins born named Steve Hall & Stella Hall.
