It is my understanding he was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia and she was born in Cardiff, Wales. They may have been married in Boston (since that is where my mother, Eileen Francis Hall was born) they eventually settled in New Hampshire where they both passed away in 1988. any information would be appreciated.
