HI Wilfred, My Great Grandfather and wife, John M HALL & Nancy Hackley PARKE resided in Knox Co., IL for a few years. While they were their, their daughter Flora HALL b 2 May 1862, married 1881, Elva WOOLSEY, b. 27 Sept 1857 Maquon, Knox, IL. His father was David C. Woolsey, b. Ulster Co, NY and mother was Mildred Logan. A biographical sketch I have tells more about the Woolsey Family. Davids parents were Hezekiah & Hannah (Cutler) Woolsey. The Halls are my main line and am not extending my research on the Woolsey family, othere than what I have. If this is of interest to you, I will be glad to share what I have with you. Do you have anything to tie my John M Hall into what you have on Hall's? I have been trying to discover who his parents and siblings are. John was born 20 May 1827 in Clark Co, OH. Married Nancy Parke in Union Co, OH 25 Nov 1847. Resided in Champaing Co. OH till abt 1877. Removed to Logan Co.
