I am searching for the parents of Alexander Lawson Hall. He was born in 1810 in either PA or NY, possibly on the border between the two states. He traveled through TN and married a girl from LA who died in 1837 giving birth to their son, Alexander L. Hall, Jr. Both father and son came to Texas around 1855, possibly living in LA until this time. Any help in identifying the parents of either Alex or his wife would be greatly appreciated.
