Fellow researchers, The time has come to get real serious about my g-grandmother. The family has finally gotten the go-ahead on her husbands headstone (CSA Veteran) and we would like to erect one next to his in memory of her. Here's what I know so far: Mary Jane MARTIN b. about 1838/1839 in AR married 13 Nov 1862 to John R (Jack) HALL b. 1830 in SC They had six children: Major Temple, Johanna Christine, Oscar Murray, Harley Lucian (Twin), Hardy Houston (twin), and James Darrell. The most important date for me right now is her death date. I found her on the 1900 AR census (with my grandparents); she filed a CSA widows pension in 1901; and does NOT appear on the 1910 census. Logic would tell me she died somewhere between May of 1901 and 1910. I need a death certificate or something like that. Can anyone help me? Thank you and best regards, Sherry Hall SuperNana8@aol.com
