I know this is not Genealogical,,,,but everyone might look at this 2 sites,,,I downloaded one of them and and downloaded the other site for my brother and sister's that has never even had service before,,now they may get to discuss family because they have never been able to afford the internet...These two sites are completely free internet sites,,and they have the same browser that I have now. one is: http://www.bluelight.com and the other one is: http://www.freei.net ,,,you might be able to tell or help your family like I did if they have never tried the internet out before,,,both of these sites offer free internet with no strings attached.
