    3. Thanks for the offer. However ancestry.com mandates that cookies are being set to log onto their site. They assure everybody these are being set only for User Logon and being used properly. There is no reason for ancestry.com to be setting cookies and reading a file on YOUR computer. They are not registering you but they are registering you computer. Other pages such as amazon.com, united.com, delta-air.com do not mandate cookies but keep their own data on their own computers. WHY is ancestry.com having to read a file on YOUR computer???? Why don't they set up a database on their computer when they have a lot of knowledge concerning Database on THEIR computer? They probably are using the data correctly found on YOUR system but WHY do they have to do it that way????? To honor my German Halls who tried not to register, I cannot let Ancestry.com set cookies!!
