Butcher, who died Feb. 14 at age 71. "Mrs. Butcher was born Aug. 23, 1927 in Trail. Her maiden name was HALL. She was a homemaker. In 1947, she married Edward. "Survivors include her husband; sons, Wayne of Tualatin and Thomas of Aloha; daughter, Jeanette Beach of Portland; sisters, Vivian Colpitts of Union Gap, Wash., and Patty Salter of Selah, Wash.; and one grandchild. "Interment was in Willamette National Cemetery. Arrangements were by Skyline Funeral Home." Feb. 27, 1999 Robert W. Hall, Jr. "A private service will be held for Robert W. Hall, Jr., who died Feb. 20, 1999, at age 36. "Mr. Hall was born May 4, 1962, in Sacramento, Calif. He lived in Portland from 1987 until 1998, when he returned to Sacramento. He was a general contractor. "Survivors include his son, Joshua C. of Sacramento; father Robert W. Sr. of Portland; sisters, Barbara M. Cosner of McMinnville and Shelly A.
