Richard, The names are too close not to be the Louansey I'm looking for, especially considering how the "spelling" was done back in the 1800's. I know that you have seen how many different ways a name could be spelled back then. Do you have any further information on Isaac Hall (or maybe does any one else on the list) as to where he came from, or was he born in Rutherford Co.? You see, my grandfather would never talk about his family (the Hunt's), so I am having to try to work on his family almost totally from scratch. Louansa/Louansey married my great-great-grandfather, John Pinkney Hunt, and you are the first person to ever give me even a small amount to try to work from. I do very much appreciate your sending me this info. Are you interested in any of the info I have on Louansey and John Pinkney Hunt?
