This is the information on one of my HALL lines. I have a Lester Orville HALL born Aug 1859 in either Missouri/Kansas, his father was Francis F. HALL born about 1831 in Jefferson Co., Indiana, married in Knox Co., Illinois and died in Spokane, Washington. There are no Orville's in Francis' wife's family, so I've been looking at Orville HALLs. Maybe there is a connection?
