I have a couple of new problems presented by a death certificate I just received. All of the information is correct and corresponds to the person in question except HIS NAME. The name on the death certificate is this persons father. Has anyone else found a problem like this? The wife's name date of birth, father and mothers names are all what I expected but the name of the deceased is wrong. I am seeking information from this list on the Doctor tat signed it. a J. F. Hall from Kirk*****d Illinois I can't tell if it is Kirkwood, Kirkland or something else.
