Hi: We have all been talking about closed mouth Hall's well it isn't all because they don't want to talk. My father is a Hall and 85 years old. He has told me what he knows and can remember but he can't remember everything and I did not get interested in Geneaolgy until he got to old to remember everything. I have gotten to his grandfather George Simeon Hall born 12 Nov 1848. His death certificate says he was born in Warren, Warren, New York. However the historian's there have no information on him. I have some old family pictures that show him and his wife and a cousin Sam Hall. These were taken in the 1880's in Humbolt County, NE. He then moved is family to Frontier County, NE and homesteaded there in 1884. He married Elizabeth Ann Hart in Virden, Marcoupin, IL on 22 Aug 1872. They had nine Children: 1. Ada Amanda Hall 2. George Henry Hall 3. Nancy Ann Hall (m) Harvey Orlando Rogers 4. William Fredrick 5. John Simeon Hall (m2) 1. Etta McCarl 2. Della Pierce 6. Elbridge Franklin Hall (m) Wilhelminia Banzhaf (my Grandparents) 7. Joseph Randy 8. Clyde LeRoy Hall (m) Della E. Purdue 9. Grace May Hall (m) Frank Arnold Harvey The four who did not marry died in infancy Can anyone out there help me get beyond George Simeon? I would be very grateful for any help.
